Fifty Shades of Grey by: E. L. James + GIVEAWAY

Fifty Shades of Grey by: E.L. James is a TERRIFIC book! I wasn't fully expecting the type of information I got out of this book but in the end I absolutely loved it. I can't wait to read Part 2. This is a VERY ADULT book! It is very steamy and the story is amazing.

Anastasia Steele is about to graduate from WSU. She's never really had any feelings for a man before. Ana's roommate Kate has an appointment, which it has taken her months to secure, to interview the most eligible bachelor in Seattle. Kate is sick the morning she is supposed to interview Mr. Christian Grey so she begs Ana until she agrees to go do the interview for her.

Ana goes to this interview with no idea what she has gotten herself into. She has absolutely no insight on Mr. Grey at all. Ana realizes immediately that she should have had Kate brief her or she should have done some research on her own. Ana is a clumsy person and Mr. Grey is a very intimidating young man. Ana can't believe how intimidating he is.

Mr. Grey can't seem to stay away from the alluring Miss Anastasia Steele. She has completely bewitched him. He doesn't understand his feelings for her.  He tries to warn her to stay away from him. He tries to tell her that he is not the "knight in white" that she has always invisioned herself falling in love with. He is by far the opposite.

Ana refuses to believe that Christian is a "dark knught". She is completely and utterly enthralled by him. Ana can't stand the thought of ever losing Christian. She is sure that at this point she will do anything to keep him in her life. Even if it means signing his "contract".

***This is a VERY ADULT book! NOT recommended for anyone UNDER 18***

Im wondering how different this book will be from the first twilight fan fiction version. I hope some scenes gonna be extended and there will be sth more of the Greys side. I loved MOtU, but real books are my real love :) hope that I will be able to buy all three books in January, when I will be in London :)

I read this story as a fan fiction so many times that it became my addiction. The main characters lead us to a world of sex, complicity and love. He makes her see herself as a beautiful, strong and brave woman that she hasn't realised she was. She saved him from his pain, his past, his demons.
The book is a journey of discoveries: who the main characters really are, who they can be and how to be true to themselves and to their beloved ones.
A Brazilian writer, Guimarães Rosa, said once that the "crossing", the "passage" that a character has to take in a story is more important than the story itself, because that is what life is: a "crossing" full of discoveries.
And EL James leads us exactly like that: we also have to follow the journey.
This story has the right measure of love, sex and suspense.

I absolutely adore this story. Whether he has green eyes or grey, he will be my all time favorite fictional male character. I've read the entire fic when it was up as a twific multiple times and I bought the first installment of 50 shades because I was eager to relive it all. She is the most amazing story teller. Not too much changed from the fic...for those of you who were curious. Names, eye colors, chopper Initials, her parents backstory is way different but its still the same lovable 50. This amazing love story shines just as brightly without all the "bella and edward" embellishments. Whenever I'm bored or need a pick me up, this is one story that I can go to and instantly feel transported to a happier state. Something about the way they love each other.

Thanks for the chance you gave me to discover this story! I had no idea it existed (okay, it's impossible to know what's on all the time, but...)

The thing is, I hope to be able to read this book. To know that it was a twilight fanfic before... it only increases my curiosity! I'd love to know how the author wrote a serious, compelling, mature romance out of the stereotype.

Judging from this review, she did a wonderful job out of it and I can't wait to check it out!

Do include me in the contest, please?
